Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity Period

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The purchase date and expiration date will be clearly stated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiration date and hold no value after expiry.

2. Booking Requirements

• Appointments must be booked in advance by contacting Billund Massage by Maimiti
• Subject to availability - we recommend booking at least 1 week in advance
• Please present your gift voucher code at the time of booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the voucher value may be forfeited

3. Payment & Refunds

• Non-refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased
• Payment must be completed via MobilePay before the voucher is issued
• No cash alternative is available
• If the service cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of service
• If the service cost is less than the voucher value, no change or credit will be given

4. Transferability

Gift vouchers are fully transferable and can be used by anyone. The recipient does not need to be the person named on the voucher. Vouchers can be given as gifts to others.

5. Service Changes

Billund Massage by Maimiti reserves the right to modify service offerings and prices. However, existing vouchers will be honored according to their stated value or duration at the time of purchase, subject to service availability.

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Billund Massage by Maimiti is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please treat your voucher like cash. We recommend keeping a digital copy of your voucher in a safe place.

7. Business Closure

In the unlikely event that Billund Massage by Maimiti ceases operations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify voucher holders and honor outstanding vouchers where possible. However, we cannot guarantee refunds in such circumstances.

8. Special Conditions

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated
• Only one voucher can be used per appointment
• Services are subject to therapist availability
• Client must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent/guardian

9. Health & Safety

Recipients should inform the therapist of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before their appointment. Billund Massage by Maimiti reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client's health condition.
